REMPLAN and Blue Mountains City Council are committed to protecting your privacy and this privacy statement applies to the Blue Mountains Business Survey – Challenges of 2020.

Data collected through this survey will remain anonymous. Survey responses will be aggregated and subsequently analysed by REMPLAN and Blue Mountains City Council and the results may be provided to third parties or published. At no point will individual responses be made public or shared with any other organisation or individual. Any qualitative responses that you provide, such as open ended or free text responses, will only be associated to an industry sector and will not be presented in a manner which connects the qualitative response to any other response you provide.

REMPLAN and Blue Mountains City Council will not provide any information that you submit in response to the survey, nor your contact details (if supplied), to third parties unless you give us your express consent or we are required to do so by law.  Further, neither REMPLAN or Blue Mountains City Council will use your contact details (if supplied) to contact you for any purpose outside of operating the survey unless you give us your express consent. 

REMPLAN may combine data from this survey with data collected through the Australian Business Economic Impact Survey (ABEIS) being conducted concurrently by REMPLAN. This combined and aggregated survey data may be provided by REMPLAN to selected government organisations to allow these organisations to undertake further analysis but it will not be possible to identify any individual respondent from the aggregated results.
