REMPLAN’s response to COVID-19

Recognising the unprecedented and rapidly evolving situation in which we are operating in as COVID-19 continues to impact on Australia, REMPLAN have commenced steps to ensure business continuity including customer support and project delivery for our clients and our own staff.

Over the past days at the request of clients a number of planned workshops, training sessions and meetings have been deferred to delivery online or postponed. We are of course happy to accommodate these requests and will continue to support our clients via online meetings, as well as phone and email support.

For REMPLAN, with clients across the nation we have proactively modified our approach to travel and non-essential face to face meetings in line with best practice medical advice to assist in the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Business Continuity
We continue to honour our commitment to our clients, and as always you can rely on REMPLAN’s online software and expert customer support via phone or online. Our internal systems enable staff to work remotely or in smaller isolated project groups as appropriate, ensuring no disruption for our clients. We will continue to remain open during business hours of 9am – 5:30pm AEDT Monday to Friday.

Scheduled Training
Many of our clients have identified software training needs which typically occur on site, with a REMPLAN staff member attending client organisations. We understand that in ACT and Victorian government organisations, non-essential training and meetings are to be cancelled or postponed during the period of ‘State of Emergency’.

In order to limit exposure to your staff as well as ours, we are working hard to limit non-essential travel and air travel in particular. We do not want to unnecessarily expose our staff or act as a vector for transmission of the virus. For clients with a pre-scheduled training session, one of our staff members will be in touch to discuss the best mode of delivery or make arrangements for alternative times.

Please feel free to contact us to arrange training via online delivery. We can work with you to arrange ZOOM meetings that enable great interaction with multiple staff in various locations. If your staff are working from home, we are still here to assist you.

Consulting Project Engagement and Workshops
Our consulting team are currently busy delivering a range of projects some of which originally included facilitated workshops and targeted engagement. We are rapidly developing alternative options for delivery including live webinars, online presentations and group ZOOM meetings depending on the project need.

We will be in touch directly (if we haven’t already) to discuss alternative engagement options so that projects can remain on schedule while successfully engaging key stakeholders.
